I offer lifetime warranty on all of my chargers except the Ember Mini Chargers. If the charger is older than 6 months then I will still replace for free, but I may ask you to cover the postage if you are outside of the UK.

Returning customers can take advantage of a 10% discount. If you have placed an order with me and don't have a code then please send me a message and I will sort you out. For new customers please understand that I do not do this to make a massive profit, I do it because Ember and Tag customer service is terrible and having been a victim of their horrendous policies.

eBay charges a huge premium on all my sales, I lose about 20-30% of the sale price to costs.On top of this, you may also have to pay taxes and duty depending on your location. I sell on eBay because it's one of the first place people look for chargers and I always hope that it will send people to this site. My costs here are about 3% and so I make a little bit more money and the customer can take advantage on one of my special offers here. For the customer though, I understand your position, you get protection.  Please be reassured that all of the reviews here are genuine and I only want to help, just give me the same trust that hundreds of other people have and you will not be disappointed. So.....no discounts on eBay sorry!

I ship absolutely everywhere and I have a map on my wall with push pins as I can never believe the corners of the world my chargers have touched. There are some stipulations though, a few countries I get a lot of problems with post going missing or taking a long time to arrive. If you live in: Mexico, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, Colombia, Chile then I only accept orders using express courier shipping, I know it's expensive but even charging as much as I do, sometimes my costs are higher. I will take orders with just tracked, but you need to talk to me first and understand that once the item is posted I have no control over the parcels journey.

Just drop me a message through eBay or the website, If the charger doers not fit then lets get the correct charger sent out! If you don't wish to do that then please return it or cut the usb cord off right at the side of the charger (send me a photo to show this along with the back of your watch). For wrong chargers I will process a full refund excluding postage cost. If you are not satisfied with the quality, then please remembver I sell devices to charge things at a fraction of the price that Tag and Ember do, I had negative feedback on ebay recently because the charger did not have metal on it like the genuine Tag Heuer ones do!! If your charger has stopped working then I replace for free always (I charge postage to international customers after 6 months) If you are still unsatisfied then again cut the cord off the charger (send me a photo to show this along with the back of your watch) or return it to me. Please tell me what I could do better so that I can improve my service for all customers.

I make chargers for Gen1, 2, 3 and 4 watches. For the Gen 2 I make chargers for both the 41 and 45mm watch. For the Gen 4 I make chargers for both the 42 and 45mm watches. Yes! The charging system is built into both the stand and the puck and no seperate charger is required. All you need is a standard usb port to plug it into and it will work.

The chargers have the same magnetised mounting system as the original ones and the magnets are strong enough to hold the watch on the stand, or the puck on the watch.

If the charger does not fit then chances are you have bought the wrong charger, or I have made a mistake and sent you the incorrect charger. I am not Amazon--my customer service is better!! I do make mistakes, so please drop me a message and give me a chance to fix things. If you have bought the wrong charger then I still want to help, usually I ask you to send the charger back by placing it back in the box and marking it return to sender (this will eventually get back to me at no cost). I will also send you the correct charger for free as long as the postage is covered. International shipping costs are higher than ever and I charge less than it costs me so I hope my customers understand that having asked them to verify they purchase the correct charger several times during the purchase process that I cannot cover these extra costs.

The chargers work with both ember travel mugs, tumblers, cups and mugs, they all share the same charging system and I have tested the mugs with my chargers.

This design came about when I was making my first car charger, with the original chargers I would find that unless I paid attention to how I placed the mug on the charger, sometimes it would miss the pins. With my design it hits the pins 100% of the time and always charges when docked. There is also a limit of 1amp with a single pin, so having more allows the mug to draw as much power as it requires and not be starved of energy.

I don't know how they are getting away with it but these brands are identical in design and shape to the genuine ember mugs. I have even tested a Nebula mug and the chargers and lids I sell work just fine. If you are not sure then please send me a photo of the bottom of the mug along with a photo of the mug itself and I will check it to confirm if it will work.

The coasters are compatible with the existing chargers, they are a tight fit to the charging ports but give it a push and they will work just fine.

The best thing to do is watch the videos they show the different options avaialble and show how they work. The main thing you need to know is the size of your cup holder, as long as the cxharger base fits inside and is flat. If hthe charger does not fit please let me know and we can sort something out, these charging bases can also be used as a desk coaster as the charging port is the same size as the desktop chargers.
